Global Digital Mental Health : Bringing  International perspectives on Mental Health & Wellbeing In Service Delivery & Book  Publishing

About us

Global Digital Mental Health is a pioneering initiative based in London, dedicated to transforming mental health support through literature. Our mission is to create accessible resources through books and article writing that promote mental wellbeing and  therapeutic benefits. Our founder Dr Mercy Maclean, a Chartered Health Psychologist has a passion for writing and believes in the power of words to heal and educate. We offer a range of services designed to cater to diverse needs: from workshops that foster expression to personalised self-help books aimed at guiding individuals on their mental health and wellbeing  journeys. By leveraging the latest research in psychology and innovative writing techniques, we strive to make a positive impact on mental health and wellbeing  globally.

In today's interconnected world, mental health has become a global concern that transcends borders and cultures. The advent of digital technology has presented us with unprecedented opportunities to address mental health challenges on a global scale. With the rise of teletherapy, mental health apps, and online support communities, we  provide individuals from all corners of the world with access to resources and services that were once limited by geographical boundaries.

We provide International perspectives on mental health and wellbeing by harnessing the power of digital platforms and  foster cross-cultural understanding, share best practices, and provide support to those in need regardless of their location. The global digital mental health movement is not just about expanding access to services; it is a testament to our collective commitment to prioritising mental health as a fundamental human right.
